During working lunch, the Executive Director of UN Environment Programme (UNEP), Achim Steiner, will make a presentation on “UNEP's role as the leading global environmental authority in post-2015 processes in light of the upcoming first UN Environment Assembly”.

In the afternoon session, ministers will prepare for the next ministerial meetings (Bonn, 5-6 June) on the International Climate Change Negotiations. Discussions will then focus on the 2030 Climate and Energy framework.
